National Capital runners were busy at the Hornet's Nest, site of the 2015 Championships, and down in Kemptville for St. Michael's annual Turkey Trot. Unfortunately this year, no NC runners were able to win dinner, with Hollyann Shields (All Saints) and Nico Pederson (Merivale) coming the closest, placing 2nd and 3rd in the Midget Girls and Junior Boys races.
Glebe Collegiate had strong performances to win the Overall Title at the Louis Riel Invitational, winning the Junior Girls, Senior Girls, Midget Boys and Senior Boys titles and placing 2nd in the Midget Girls to Thousand Islands.
