Colonel By won the Overall Aggregate at the 2015 East Conference Championships capturing the Girls Aggregate as well, while Lisgar captured the Boys Aggregate. No school was able to win more than one race as Lisgar, Carine Wilson and Canterbury took the midget, junior and senior Girls titles, while Colonel By, Ashbury and Louis Riel capture their respective boys races.
Downey (Osgoode), Rossi (Gisele Lalonde), and Scotten (Sir Wil) captured the Girls individual titles, while Jones (Colonel By), Rioux (Louis Riel) and Alie-Lamarche (Gloucester) won the boys individual honours.
