Nepean swept the Girls, Boys and Overall Aggregates at the 2016 West Conference Championships. Nepean won both the Midget and Senior Girls titles, while taking silver in both the Midget and Senior Boys races. No other team won two races, with All Saints winning the Junior Girls, while Longfields, Bell and Franco Ouest won the Midget, Junior and Senior Boys races respectively.

SG - Shona McCulloch (Longfields)
MB - William Earle (Woodroffe)
JB - Brady Johnston-Neilsen (Sir Robert Borden)
SB - Michael Mather (Franco Ouest)
